Published figures. The Sekura states hardened steel and 85 cm and no link thickness, and it names no independent security grading — where two other locks in the same hub name ART and ADFC respectively.
That is not evidence of weakness. It is an absence of a third-party statement, and it is worth knowing if your insurance names a scheme.
Measure the bar diameter where a bell will actually sit, not at the stem. Many flat bars are 22.2 mm at the grips and 31.8 mm at the clamp.
